  Tried to go to two other places but they were closed so ended up here. Reviews were so so but we had a great time and really enjoyed the food. Chicken and waffles was amazing. Crisp, hot & delicious. Benedict was pretty good but the Hollandaise tasted like it might have been made with mayonnaise. Had more of a cheese sauce consistency than a typical Hollandaise. Coffee was good and roasted right across the street. Service was also very good though we were mostly the only ones in there. Will become a place we go when we're looking to get out of South Bend.

  "Seat yourself" nightmare. We were passed up for service several times, watching others who arrived after us receive drinks while we were still waiting for out menus. Food was decent.

  Had the shrimp and grits, they where great and the service was very good as well. It nice to have a quality place in the area with good hours.
